What Is Your Service Area?

Our service area covers a wide geographic area, including the Boston metropolitan area and the North Shore. Whether you're in the city or along the coast, we are able to provide our services to you. With our expansive coverage, we aim to reach as many customers as possible and ensure that everyone has access to 911 Detailers. No matter where you are located within this region, we are committed to serving you with the highest level of quality and professionalism. Can You Detail At My Home, Office or Apartment?

Yes we can! All we need is access to electricity and water. We carry extension cords for water and electricity as long as 100 feet so its easy for us to access power.

What If I Don't Have Access To Water or Electricity?

If you don’t have access to water or electricity, we’ve got you covered. Contact us at 503.547.3400 to schedule an appointment at our Chelsea location. There are many options for dropping off your car, you can either have a friend drop off your car with you so they could give you a ride home while you’re waiting for it to be cleaned, you can use Uber/Lyft. There is no need to worry if you live someplace without access to both water and electricity. We are here to help!

Cancellations And Refunds

If you cancel before 48 hours you will not have to pay the cancelation fee.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking, you will be charged a $100 cancelation fee to make up for the lost income during the booked time slot.

Is There A Rescheduling Fee?

We do not charge for rescheduling as long as it is done before 48 hours of your original booking. Please see our Cancellation & Refund FAQ above for further information. Cancelations made within 48 hours of booking appointment will be charged $100 to make up for the lost time slot.

Is Tipping Normal? If So How Much?

Yes tipping is normal in the industry. However there is no suggested amount or percentage, whatever feels good to you. Any amount is appreciated by your Car Care Specialist.

What If I’m Not Satisfied With My Detail?

We guarantee 100% satisfaction with our service. If you are not happy with the service for any reason please call us immediately for further instructions. A Re-scheduled clean must be made within 24 hours of the original appointment.

Are Your Prices Negotiable?

Simply put – No, our rates are calculated by the information you provide on our booking page and the technician onsite. We provide some of the best value for the price in the industry.
